We had the amazing opportunity to participate in the 2011 Fabulous Food Show in Cleveland last weekend, and take it from me, it was every bit as fabulous as the name promises.
We sampled our Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip and Vanilla Ice Cream flavors to thousands of foodies (18,000 over the weekend) and I was thrilled to see hundreds lining up to try the best ice cream you’ll ever taste.
Of course, Graeter’s did not disappoint. First-bite reactions were downright entertaining and one guest even dropped to her knees in ecstasy after tasting our signature Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip for the first time.
We also had the pleasure of meeting and serving Graeter's to several of the talented celebrity chefs that were on hand. We knew they'd be pleased with our ice cream ingredients.
Cleveland's own Iron Chef and successful restaurateur, Chef Michael Symon, exclaimed, “Graeter’s is the best ice cream ever!”
Dessert chef Anne Thorton of Food Network fame said, “Thank you for making my favorite ice cream.”
Upon learning that Graeter’s would be available in NYC this Spring, long-time Graeter's fan Chef Bobby Flay said that he was “looking forward to eating Graeter’s in NYC!”
And my favorite new friend, Chef Jason Roberts, from ABC's The Chew, showed his love for Graeter's by devouring no less than three big bowls of Black Raspberry Chip that I scooped for him in between cooking demonstrations. There is no better compliment than a request for seconds, and in this case, thirds!
